Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of multiple locations I hold a 24 hour cancellation policy. You have the option to reschedule or to give your appointment to a friend or family member at no charge, but I charge 50% of the service price for appointments cancelled day of, regardless of reason.
"No Call, No Shows" for individual treatments will be required to be paid in full before another service is booked.
"No Call, No Shows" for package appointments count as one appointment from your pre-purchased package.
