Customized for pain relief, relaxation, and rehabilitation; your wholistic bodywork session will incorporate medical myofascial release techniques, relaxing deep tissue therapy techniques, cranial sacral, reflexology and deep assisted stretching.   Every wellness massage includes aromatherapy and may include heat or cold therapy at no additional charge. Pressure is dependent on your preference and comfort level. This is the massage where clients leave feeling renewed and muttering, "That was the best massage I have ever had..."   $45, $55, $85

Pregnancy/Pre-Natal Massage 50 min session

Gentle and relaxing, this modified version of the wellness massage uses baby-bump friendly side-lying positions, fluffy pillows and rhythmic techniques to soothe both mother and unborn baby. Choose between aromatherapy or unscented and organic shea butter or coconut oil. $50

 

Hand and Foot Reflexology  45 min session

Pressure points corresponding to organs and joints are stimulated during a relaxing hand and foot treatment to facilitate the healing of ailments and balancing of energy and alignment in the body. This traditional treatment has been utilized for centuries to improve well-being. $50

 

Cranial Sacral Release Technique 45 min session

Commonly misnomered as energy work,  this very light but very physical application of pressure to the bones of the head and spine removes adhesions, and strengthens and adjusts the pulse of the cranial sacral fluid dissolving chronic pain and improving mood and function. This modality is wonderful for those suffering from Fibromyalgia and other Chronic Pain Syndromes. $50
